Handwoven 100% cotton ikat scarf from Margilan, Uzbekistan. 165×48 cm. Patterns available: Butterflies, Desert Storm, Pomegranate Garden, Floating Garden, Ocean Breeze. Lightweight, breathable, year-round.
Made in Margilan — the legendary textile capital of the Fergana Valley.
The Craft
Each scarf is hand-loomed using traditional Uzbek ikat resist-dyeing techniques: threads are tied, dyed, and woven by hand using methods passed down through generations. The process takes 3–4 weeks per scarf. The characteristic feathered pattern edges are proof of that handwork.

Care
Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach. Air dry flat or tumble dry on low. Iron on medium heat while slightly damp. Wash separately the first few times due to natural hand-dyeing.

Ordering from an overseas vendor is always tricky, and I accept that returns will seldom be a realistic option.
